We use the following types of cookies on our website:

  • Temporary cookies
  • Permanent cookies
  • Third-party cookies

3.2.1. Temporary cookies

Temporary cookies, or "session cookies" or "transient cookies", are cookies that are deleted after a user leaves an online offer and closes his browser. In such a cookie, for example, the contents of a shopping basket in an online shop or a login jam can be stored.

3.2.2. Permanent cookies

Cookies that remain stored even after the browser is closed are referred to as "permanent" or "persistent". For example, the login status can be stored if users visit them after several days. Likewise, the interests of users can be stored in such a cookie, which is used for range measurement or marketing purposes.

3.2.3. Third-party cookies

Third-party cookies are offered by providers other than the responsible party that operates the online offer (otherwise, if they are only its cookies, they are referred to as first-party cookies).

Cookies that are required to maintain electronic communication or to provide certain functions requested by you are stored in accordance with Article 6 no. 1 (f) UK GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies in order to be able to provide its services in a technically error-free and optimised manner. 3.4 Contact form

If you submit inquiries to us via our contact form, the information provided in the contact form as well as any contact information provided therein will be stored by us in order to handle your inquiry and in the event that we have further questions. We will not share this information without your consent.

The processing of these data is based on Article 6 no. 1 (b) UK GDPR, if your request is related to the execution of a contract or if it is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the requests addressed to us (Article 6 no. 1 (f) UK GDPR - for example the postal code helps us to lead your inquiry to the correct salesperson) or on your agreement (6 no. 1 (a) UK GDPR) if this has been requested; the consent can be revoked at any time.

The information you have entered into the contact form shall remain with us until you ask us to eradicate the data, revoke your consent to the archiving of data or if the purpose for which the information is being archived no longer exists (e.g., after we have concluded our response to your inquiry). This shall be without prejudice to any mandatory legal provisions, in particular retention periods.

In all other cases, processing is based on your consent (Article 6 no. 1 (a) UK GDPR) or our legitimate interests (Article 6 no. 1 (f) UK GDPR), as we have a legitimate interest in effectively processing the enquiries or requests sent to us.

The data you provide to us via contact requests will remain in our possession until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it or until the purpose for storing it no longer applies (e.g. after processing your enquiry or request). Mandatory legal provisions, in particular those concerning statutory retention periods, remain unaffected.

Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of your use of our websites. The information collected by means of the cookies about your use of this website is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

We use the function “anonymizeIP” (so-called IP masking): Due to the activation of IP anonymisation on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP-address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

During your visit to the website, the following data is collected, among other things:

Recipient
The recipient of the data is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland as a processor. We have concluded an order processing agreement with Google for this purpose. Google LLC, based in California, USA, and, if applicable, US authorities can access the data stored by Google.

Transmission to third countries
A transfer of data to the USA cannot be ruled out.

Storage period
The data sent by us and linked to cookies are automatically deleted after 14 months. Data whose retention period has been reached is automatically deleted once a month.

You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (incl. your IP address) by Google and the processing of this data by Google by

  • downloading and installing the browser add-on to deactivate Google Analytics HERE.

We use the YouTube service to embed videos. The responsible provider in Europe is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google").

YouTube uses cookies to collect information about visitors to its website. YouTube uses these to collect video statistics, prevent fraud and improve the user experience, among other things. This leads to a connection with the Google DoubleClick network. In the process, data may be transferred to the USA and linked to other data from other Google services, especially if you are logged in to your Google account. If you do not want this information to be transmitted to YouTube and Google, you can prevent this transmission by logging out of your YouTube account before accessing our website.

  • Your activities (videos viewed, date and time of visit to the page in question, website visited, interactions)
  • Location data

We have no influence on the storage period of the data and the further data processing by YouTube and Google.

In order to reduce data transmission before the actual start of a video, we use the extended data protection mode. Furthermore, we embed the videos on our website in such a way that a transmission of your data to YouTube only begins with your active click on the video. The legal basis is therefore your consent according to Article 6 no. 1 (a) UK GDPR.
